EU Digital Transformation Project

Summary

On 9 July 2025, OMEGA ENGINEERING, d.o.o. for trade and services signed an Agreement on the allocation of non-refundable funds with the Ministry of Culture and Media for the implementation of the project entitled “Introduction of new technologies for digital business transformation aimed at optimising operations, improving quality, and strengthening the company’s competitiveness in the digital market”. The project is co-financed from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan 2021–2026.

Project goal

The project aims to enable faster documentation of the condition and results of investigative work on cultural heritage assets, and to systematise the existing cultural heritage databases held by Omega Engineering d.o.o. so that they become available to all interested parties for further study and analysis of architectural heritage. By using and adopting the latest technologies in design and architectural planning, long-term competitiveness in the global market is ensured, as investment in the latest technological solutions is essential for survival in the industry.

Target groups

The project’s target groups are company employees, clients, and suppliers.

Expected results

• Digital transformation of the company’s operations through the implementation of the highest development standards in architectural work on cultural heritage assets in the global market, enabling improved quality and competitiveness in the global digital market.
• Improvement of the company’s key business processes: development, production, distribution, and marketing of services.
